As promised, here is Ren & Stimpy Production Music Vol. 2. Ren & Stimpy Production Music Vol. 1 can be found here: http://digitalmeltd0wn.blogspot.com/2010/06/ren-stimpy-production-music-vol-1.html Apparently this was compiled and uploaded to a torrent site by an anonymous person. It was then uploaded by blogger Voncheech, then recompiled and posted by Kirk Demarais in it's final form on the Secret Fun Blog over two years ago. The links on that blog have been dead for some time now. Both volumes have popped up in various locations over the last two years, but never for long, and usually only one volume at a time. I intend to keep these links alive and well. This volume is much larger than the last, so I had to split it up into three separate volumes. There are 194 tracks, so as with the last volume I'm not going to include a track list. Kirk appears to be an expert on the subject, and I can't really expand upon his original post, so I will present it rather than my own amateur ramblings. Here is his original post:
Here it is folks, the long-awaited second volume of vintage incidental music that was excavated for the Ren and Stimpy show. Most of this stuff seems to come from the post John K. era with several notable exceptions that were sorely missing from the first batch (i.e. Shock Horror which blared as the news "Ren Hoek Takes Bubbly Sponge Bath" hit the streets), but even if you're as unfamiliar with the later episodes as I am, you're still bound to find something you enjoy among the one hundred and ninety-four selections (that's five full hours to you and me). Compared to the last set this collection is much more massive, but it's less focused stylistically; however, this amounts to a broader and wackier range of music.
Once again, the original curators of this amassment remain shrouded in the shadows of cyberspace, but we can thank blogger Voncheech for recently upping them. And just like last time, I contributed a cover (featuring another Bill Wray masterwork), looked up and ID tagged the artists, and made a track list. Again I tried to arrange it according to musical styles. It starts with plucky mid-century easy listening, and turns glamorous before going nutso eclectic ( You name it...rag time, folk, barroom piano, jazz, country, big band, banjo pickin', traditional German, Irish, French, and Eastern, and no shortage of polkas) followed by romantic, classical, drama and suspense, all punctuated with an assortment of short cues. You're practically guaranteed to like it if you like the same things I do... wax paper... boiled football leather... dog breath. We're not hitchhiking anymore... we're riding.

Thank you kindly sir!! I've already had hours of fun with volume 1. I saw rumbling of a Vol. 3 elsewhere also, YOINKS!
fnord.
@fnord: I'm glad you're enjoying these. I've heard the rumors of a Vol. 3 also. I'll share it here as soon as I see it pop up.
I've also been working on my own compilation, which features music and clips from the show, such as the Intro/End themes, Log commercial, Powdered Toast commercial and various other music and clips. I'm making it for my self, but if a few people are interested I would be willing to post it here.
The only downside is that the tracks are 128kbps, due to the fact that I ripped the audio from Youtube, and I don't know if there is a way to increase the bitrate.
Thx for this! I hope you do share your compilation. These recordings are a lot of fun.
aah, nertz to the bitrate, POST IT! I'd love it, since the version of the theme thats on 'You Eediot' is limp as all hell.
I had the Ren and Stimpy fart dolls as a kid... another one of my mother's regrets! Thanks so much for these volumes. I can't play them without smiling!
@The Thing That Should Not Be: I tend to be a perfectionist, and I would prefer to wait until I have at least 20 tracks or so before I post my own compilation album. Unfortunately I only have about 10 tracks at the moment. Is there anything you can think of that you would consider essential as far as songs/audio clips from the show itself?
@StrangeRanger: I don't remember the Ren & Stimpy fart dolls but they sound hilarious. I still find it hard to believe that Nickelodeon actually aired a cartoon as disgusting as Ren & Stimpy. Some of the current cartoons that people consider shocking still don't compare. I'm glad you're enjoying these compilations also. I didn't expect them to be so well received here. They have been downloaded over 1,200 times since I posted them almost two weeks ago.
Thank you so much!
No work on part 3 yet, hey? I want to get a copy of Mountain Dew in the worst way. Camptown Races would be nice too. (They're the piano music that plays while Ren and Stimpy are stealing the horse in Out West)
Dude, I have searched the internet for hours on end to no avail looking for a legitimate download for this (mainly one particular song, but the rest will certainly come in handy)
Thank you so much.
Thank you so very much for this fine music, absolute quality, very entertaining! The very best to you in the future.
Thank you so very much for this excellent music! All the very best to you in the future, much love!
¡Noooooooooo! Los enlaces están caidos.
NOOOOOOOOOOOO! The links are broken.
Could you (perhaps)re-upload this? Your links are dead, and I can't find anyone else that has a copy.
Fatal error!!.
Please, re-upload the files.
Thank you.
Zer0-II,
